Here is the link for the news. Bengaluru hospitals are flooding with people, mostly youths, fearing that they might be getting heart attack. There has been an increasing number of cases in the news in recent times of young people in their 30s and early 40s dying of sudden cardiac arrest. And some of them were celebrities and the news of their sudden death came shocking. This has increased post covid and anti vaccination group and those against government are blaming it to the Covid vaccines, though they don't have evidence to support it.
What's surprising that these celebrities were health conscious and had perfect body. And few died in gym during exercise or just after it. Young athletes have died during games. So, it is very obvious that a fit body doesn't ensure a fit heart. In fact, many experts even say that over exercising is the cause.
What do you do for your cardiac health?

Anxiety, Stress, Modern lifestyle constraints and over-reading and over-seeing Internet Articles/Shorts/YT videos is a big contributor.
I even see suggestions like a "mandatory" annual health check as an overhead.
If a person is feeling illness related to one domain, why not have health checkup for limited things?
Why do Health check labs promote Packages?
Plus there are many "experts" who suggest - eat this, do not eat that, do not drink that, do not do,,,, blah blah....
And there are many who see and try to follow too many things.
That makes them more conscious and anxious and that is what seems to be happening in this case.
So one needs to be alert but do not be over reactive.

For cardiac health, one can do moderate exercise, eat a heart-friendly diet, and get routine checkups. Prevention through balance seems to be the key.

@Ptrikha21. You have put a very valid point. Things are overdone these days. Even staying healthy has become more like an added chore than something that should happen naturally and organically. There is bombardment of information from all sources and packaging and marketing for everything. All this is leading to more stress.
@Tendz. You are right. Doing things in moderation is the key. Live the right way and enjoy life.

Too much information is counter productive. Media, be it print, News channel or Internet are also culprit to some extent as they flash big headlines related to "Health" stuff, often confusing folks.
For example, many years back, Butter and Ghee were villainized and then a few years back, there were many articles and even videos favoring them.
Then again, some time back, I saw a few headlines downplaying the role of Ghee.
High protein and Keto diets were promoted too much and now many are downplaying their roles.
So too much of information can be really confusing.

Exactly. Finding that balance is important not just for heart health, but for overall well-being.

@Ptrikha21. We live in an era of information bombardment and that can be crazy and confusing. We keep consuming so many information from various sources knowingly and unknowingly. And we don't know the authenticity of it. So many just make a channel and start making contents and reels. The best is to eat what our grandparents ate....local and seasonal. And many of these things are business oriented. When they wanted to promote olive oil in India, they downplayed our traditional ghee, hand pressed traditional oils. Now, we are back to our roots knowing the benefits of our coconut oil, mustard oil, sesame oil etc.
