Yesterday I had:
Breakfast- raisin toasat, juice, black tea
Green tea
lunch- leftover veggie roast (soy roast, peas, roast potatoes, carrot, pumpkin and onion, mushroom gravy)
Black tea, a vegan chocolate biscuit
Dinner- tomato soap and toast, non alcoholic beer
This morning it's cold so I started the day with porridge.
