It is not good i have heard it several times and i don't do it myself, i do my exercises at least 6 hours before i sleep.

It is a misconception that exercise before sleep keeps you alert and you may not be able to sleep. It differs from person to person and depends on the level of exercise also. Generally light or moderate exercise should not affect any one.If you are a person who does rigorous exercise, try to keep your room cool and dimly lit after the exercise. Also follow some routine like listening to mild music, etc. to make you sleep comfortably. The main rule that has to be remembered is not to exercise on a full stomach. So, if you want to exercise before sleep, make sure you have your dinner 2-3 hours in advance so that you will be light when exercising.

I do not exercise before sleeping and I'm lazy to exercise even though that I know that exercise is good for the health but I easily get tired when I exercise .

Exercises with full stomach is not good. But it eases out or burns more calories which helps our self to feel and stay fit.

I do crunches before bed, really long day and I try to do tonight ...
However the morning for my sincerity I feel much better, I sleep more deeply and helps me be more relaxed ...
I think it is a good exercise for some sweet dreams. :roll:

I've heard that rigorous exercise just before bed can make you alert and "chase" your sleep away. Because I sometimes struggle to sleep, I prefer to exercise in the morning or very early evening for that reason.

largely depends on the person, there are people who are more active, and others are too tired to get to sleep much after making activities
